Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website sphere.delivery, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by Aspirano LTD, 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 1RJ, United Kingdom (“Sphere”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Questions about your data: sales@sphere.delivery, +34 919 531 498.

2. What data we collect

Request a Quote form: your name, company name, WhatsApp or Telegram contact, e-mail, product categories, delivery countries, payout type and expected number of orders per month.

Contact form: your name, e-mail, phone number, the subject and the text of your message.

Technical data sent with a form: IP address, browser type and language, time of sending and the result of the reCAPTCHA check. We use it to protect the forms from spam and abuse.

When you browse the site: the technical data your browser sends to our servers and to the services the site uses (IP address, browser, pages visited). Analytics data is collected only if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in your messages.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To answer your request, prepare a quote and, if we agree to work together, open your account on the Sphere platform — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR and EU GDPR).
  • To reply to messages sent through the contact form — our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • To protect the website and the forms from spam and abuse (reCAPTCHA, limits on repeated sending, technical data) — our legitimate interest in keeping the website and our services secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • To understand how the website is used (Google Analytics) — only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time, see section 7.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not sell it.

4. Who receives your data

  • Our team that handles requests and client onboarding. New requests and messages are delivered to the team’s internal chat in Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) so that we can respond quickly.
  • Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC): reCAPTCHA on the forms, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (only with your consent) and Google Fonts, which your browser loads to display the site.
  • Hosting and content delivery providers that serve the website and its scripts, including the CDN that delivers the cookie banner.
  • Authorities, when we are required to do so by law.

5. International transfers

Google and Telegram may process data outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses (with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where it applies).

6. How long we keep your data

  • Requests and messages — as long as needed to handle them. If we start working together, for the duration of our cooperation and as long as the law requires afterwards. Otherwise we delete them when they are no longer needed.
  • Submissions identified as spam — only as long as needed to protect the forms.
  • Analytics data — according to the retention settings of Google Analytics.

7. Cookies

  • Necessary: remembering your choice in the cookie banner; Google reCAPTCHA on the pages with forms, which tells people from bots.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics cookies (for example _ga) — set only after you click “Agree” in the cookie banner.

To withdraw your consent, delete the cookies and site data of sphere.delivery in your browser settings — the banner will ask you again. You can also block cookies in your browser; the forms need reCAPTCHA to work.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, write to sales@sphere.delivery. We answer within one month.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom — the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the European Union — the data protection authority of the country where you live or work.

9. Security

The website and the forms work over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to requests is limited to the staff who handle them.

10. Children

The website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
